The Mandarin Hotel, in Barcelona requests INSOLIT to illuminate the dining table of the restaurant, where the well-known chef Ángel León will present his latest gastronomic trends. Patricia Urquiola, responsible for the design of the hotel, gives us the instructions for this special custom luminaire. Shape and color are the key to integrate decoration and utility of the dining room of the Hotel. A technical note requests us to motorize the luminaire to make it appear and disappear from the stage depending on the use of the room.
